Faith Lutheran Church

75 years living as disciples

On May 11, 1948, 28 persons signed the "pledge of support" for a new mission church at 17th & Gage in Topeka, and on June 21, a Constitution was adopted with the name FAITH LUTHERAN CHURCH. On April 10, 1949, the cornerstone was laid for the first sanctuary, dedicating the building on June 19 that same year.

75 years later, we continue to hold fast to what we have, the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the mission spirit that it brings. Join us in our celebration, June 9-11, 2023!
