NO youth events during Spring Break week, March 14-20

Junior Youth (5th & 6th grade)

Wednesdays, March 3, 10, 24 and Thursday, April 1- COMMUNION PREP CLASSES for 5th graders and those who have not yet taken CP classes. 5:15 to 7 p.m. All 5th graders and parents and a mentor are invited to attend this class. We will celebrate class members' first communion at the MAUNDY THURSDAY 7pm service. This is an important requirment of our Confirmation Program
April 16-18 - YOUTH QUAKE (6-8th graders), Omaha NE. Cost: $180.
Aug. 6-7 - Current 4th/5th Grade SUMMER RETREAT Cost: $100
Aug. 2-5 - Current 6th/7th Grade SUMMER TRIP to EUREKA SPRINGS We'll also see "Noah's Ark" musical in Branson. Cost: $250-300

April 9 - DODGEBALL TOURNAMENT Sign up as a team (6-8 people) $5 per person. Grades 7 to adult. At Whiting Fieldhouse on the Washburn University campus. Waiver form must accompany payment.
April 16-18 - YOUTH QUAKE (6-8th graders), Omaha NE. Cost: $180. ($50.00 deposit by Feb. 7)
Aug. 2-5 - Current 6th/7th Grade SUMMER TRIP to EUREKA SPRINGS We'll also see "Noah's Ark" musical in Branson. Cost: $250-300
June 6-12 - Lutheran Valley Retreat (Colorado) for current 8th-12th Grade. Cost: $450

Senior Youth (9th thru 12th grade)

April 9 - FUNDRAISER #1: DODGEBALL TOURNAMENT Sign up as a team (6-8 people) $5 per person. Grades 7 to Adult. At Whiting Fieldhouse on the Washburn University campus. Waiver form must accompany payment.
May 21, 22, 23 - FUNDRAISER #2: "GODSPELL"
This musical presentation will be part Dinner Show fundraiser. All participants will be Faith Lutheran Church except Jesus and Judas.
Friday, June 4 - FUNDRAISER #3: DINNER DANCE This is a REQUIRED fundraiser for all NYG participants
HAITI MISSION TRIP - Spring Break 2011 Cost: $1,500. Open to next year's 9-12th graders and adults
