Lutheran Women in Mission (LWML)
Our Mission: To assist each woman of The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod in affirming her relationship with the Triune God so that she is enabled to use her gifts in ministry to the people of the world.
Worship — We experience a personal relationship with Christ and Christian unity with LWML members across the state and across the nation through Bible study, individual and corporate prayer, fellowship and service.
Education — We enjoy Bible study within each Circle and share devotions at LWML General Assemblies.
Service — We provide service to members of our own church and community through prayer and actions as well as to people worldwide through our mites and support of Lutheran World Relief.
Fellowship — We enjoy Christian fellowship within our circles, our General Assemblies, our Topeka Zone Rallies, our Kansas District Conventions and our National LWML conventions.
Outreach — We reach out to all people to share the love our Lord has given each of us.
The LWML is made up of four Circles
Any group of women can be a Circle, meeting any time they choose and organizing their Circle how best fits their needs. Click here for more information.
